Monitoring of river water level

Although in view of frequently occurring concentrated heavy rainfall damage, there was greater necessity for increasing the number of rainfall measurement stations in order to ensure safety of the residents and safe construction of countermeasures, this could not be simply implemented because of the delivery times and costs for installation of the measurement stations.

In order to solve this issue, the company’s simple water level meters that could be installed on site in one day were introduced.

Although these are simple devices, their data are used as disaster prevention information by the relevant parties including government organizations and those responsible for disaster prevention.
