| These sensors are highly accurate water level sensors which detect ultrasonic wave vibrations transmitted through a sensor rod (magnetic distortion line) by means of a float (incorporated into a body that generates magnetism) that moves up and down along the sensor rod. The measurement accuracy is +1mm. Previous types of sensors, in which a float and a weight were suspended by a wire, had an insensitive zone, due to slippage between the pulley and the wire and to inadequate float torque, which could not be ignored. In addition, in the case of the pressure type, after the sensor was exposed to the air, there was difficulty removing the air from it. The magnetic distortion type sensor is of construction such that the problems with previous sensors are solved and highly accurate measurements become possible. |
